Job summary

Green Key Resources seeks an experienced Embedded Engineering Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team across software, firmware, electrical, and mechanical domains in defense technologies. You will guide the full lifecycle from architecture to deployment and shape technical strategy.

You will mentor engineers and drive delivery of complex, mission-critical systems while partnering with product, manufacturing, and program management to align engineering with customer and business objectives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of engineering experience
• 2+ years leading or managing technical teams
• Strong systems-thinking mindset
• Excellent communication skills with engineers, executives, and customers
• Experience with defense, aerospace, robotics, or safety-critical systems preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary team of software, firmware, electrical, and mechanical engineers.
• Provide technical leadership on system architecture and design reviews.
• Drive engineering execution from concept to deployment with product and leadership.
• Oversee integration and validation of hardware and software systems.
• Collaborate with Product, Manufacturing, Operations, and Program Management.
• Improve engineering processes, documentation standards, and design reviews.
• Balance technical risk, speed, and quality for successful programs.
