Job summary

Precision Associates Inc in Minneapolis, MN, seeks a CR molder II to operate injection, transfer and compression presses in the Clean Room molding department. You will produce rubber parts meeting customer specs and maintain quality and safety standards.

The role requires ability to read procedures, follow ISO processes, and cooperate with leads and supervisors to meet productivity targets while ensuring product integrity.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and ability to read/write English.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and instructions.
• Good teamwork and reliable attendance.
• Willingness to learn and operate multiple presses.

Responsibilities

• Operate injection, transfer and compression presses per procedures.
• Follow approved methods and client specs for designated operator jobs.
• Record data accurately using ERP system (APPX).
• Perform mold changes on presses and assist in other departments as needed.
• Maintain safety, 5-S housekeeping and ISO procedures.
