Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years experience or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken form.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and process control documents.
• Basic math including decimals and fractions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Operate mold presses to mold small plastic and rubber parts.
• Monitor pressures, temperatures and cure times on presses.
• Set-ups on molds and molding processes per instructions.
• Assist with preventative maintenance and minor repairs on production equipment.
• Use hand tools like micrometers, calipers, and drop indicators.
• Complete production paperwork or data entry accurately.
• Other duties as required.
