Job summary

PolyMod Technologies, Inc. is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented individual for a hands-on production role focused on molding rubber components, quality, and safety.

Join a climate-controlled facility with a stable, Monday–Friday schedule and on-the-job training. You will set up and operate molding equipment, follow specifications, inspect parts for defects, and maintain production flow while recording data and ensuring a clean, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, production, or machine operation preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort working with production equipment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, and handle physical work in a manufacturing setting.
• Willingness to learn processes, procedures, and safety requirements.
• Reliable attendance and a positive, team-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor molding equipment used in the production of rubber components.

• Load materials, remove completed parts, and support continuous production flow.

• Work collaboratively with team members, supervisors, and quality personnel to meet production goals.
