Precision Associates Inc. seeks a Cleanroom Miller to produce rubber and silicone compounds in an ISO Class 7 cleanroom. You will weigh, mix, mill, and prepare material per mold schedules and work instructions, ensuring traceability and contamination control.

Responsibilities include operating cleanroom equipment, verifying materials, and documenting production data in the ERP system. Physical duties include standing for long periods and lifting as required.

Qualifications

• Requires precise weighing, measuring, and material handling in an ISO Class 7 cleanroom.
• Ability to read and follow Job Instruction Sheets and ISO procedures.
• Strong attention to contamination control, accuracy, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Accurately weigh base materials, colorants, and additives using calibrated scales.
• Operate cleanroom mixing and milling equipment per JIS and milling orders.
• Prepare rubber or silicone material to required size, shape, and weight using approved tools.
• Verify material identity, lot number, formulation, and documentation before starting each job.
• Maintain containment and prevent cross‑contamination between jobs and materials.
• Record actual material usage and yield in the APPX ERP system and prepare batch tags.
