Cirtec Medical Corporation in Minnesota is seeking a Senior Molding Technician (LIM/LSR) to set up, run, troubleshoot, and optimize LIM/LSR molding equipment in a regulated cleanroom environment. The role supports quality, on-time delivery, and continuous improvement, acting as a technical resource for operators and engineers.

You will install qualification activities, establish production processes, follow GDP, and mentor staff.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years’ Manufacturing Technician Experience, preferably in medical device.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience operating LIM/LSR molding equipment.
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical drawings, blueprints & specifications.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend English.
• Ability to use microscopes and precision inspection equipment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time during the scheduled shift hours.
• Previous medical device and cleanroom environment experience (Good To Have).
• Experience supporting engineering projects and process development (Good To Have).
• Previous experience training or mentoring manufacturing operators (Good To Have).

Responsabilités

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot LIM/LSR injection and transfer silicone molding presses and related equipment.
• Perform IQ activities ensuring presses align with engineering specs and validation protocols.
• Establish production processes using approved machine programs, travelers, and work instructions.
• Follow startup/shutdown procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
• Perform workstation setup using tooling and validated process parameters.
• Operate molding equipment safely while meeting productivity goals.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and facility-related projects.
