Responsibilities

• Operate rubber injection molding machines to produce components according to production specifications.
• Inspect finished rubber parts for defects, accuracy, and quality.
• Identify basic molding issues and make adjustments as needed.
• Clean and prepare equipment between production runs according to established procedures.
• Count, sort, and package finished products.
• Complete production documentation accurately.
• Follow written work instructions, production schedules, and supervisor directions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area.
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and quality control standards.
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining consistent product quality.
