Job summary

Röchling Medical in Minnesota is seeking production team members to perform simple, repetitive assembly, sorting and packaging tasks in line with work instructions and SOPs. You will help ensure quality, hygiene and safety, conduct routine inspections, handle materials with care, and maintain 5S in your area.

• Ensure order and cleanliness in the workplace (5S)
• Support smooth operations in your own work area
• Report deviations, malfunctions, or quality issues to the responsible supervisor
• Document simple production steps in accordance with specifications
