Röchling Medical is seeking a maintenance technician to perform preventive maintenance on machinery and facilities, document activities, and support setup and basic repairs. The role includes maintaining safety and 5S standards, assisting with equipment changes, and contributing to process improvements.

Aufgaben

• Performs scheduled preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and facilities.
• Maintains documentation of maintenance activities and logs/records.
• Assist in setting up equipment, workstations, and work cells; adjust tools and machines per engineering specs.
• Maintain 5S and safety standards; keep tools and work area organized.
• Repair or replace defective parts on machinery and within the facility.
• Start machines to test performance and assist with basic adjustments or repairs.
• Support janitorial duties and related responsibilities as needed.
• Make runs with company vehicle to pick up/drop off parts and equipment when required.
• Adhere to GMP policies and company procedures; provide feedback to supervisor for process improvements.
