Job summary

Actalent is seeking Engineering Technicians for an on-site role in Wilton, CT. The position supports assembly, testing and troubleshooting of mechanical and electro‑mechanical systems within a cleanroom environment. Open to recent graduates and veterans with hands-on mechanical or electrical experience.

The role offers a contract-to-hire path with day and night 12-hour shifts. Competitive hourly pay and a comprehensive benefits package are available for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Experience assembling, testing and troubleshooting complex mechanical/electrical systems.
• Ability to read blueprints/schematics/technical drawings and interpret specifications.
• Familiar with cleanroom standards and maintaining documentation.
• Proven focus on quality and process improvement in manufacturing environments.
