Job summary

Actalent is seeking Engineering Technicians for an on-site role in Wilton, CT. The position supports assembly, testing and troubleshooting of mechanical and electro‑mechanical systems within a cleanroom environment. Open to recent graduates and veterans with hands-on mechanical or electrical experience.

The role offers a contract-to-hire path with day and night 12-hour shifts. Competitive hourly pay and a comprehensive benefits package are available for eligible employees.

Location: Wilton, CT (On-Site)

Schedule: 12-Hour Compressed Work Week

Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM | Night Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Actalent is partnering with a leading advanced technology manufacturer seeking Engineering Technicians to support the assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of complex mechanical, electrical, and electro-mechanical systems in a cleanroom environment.

This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates, veterans, manufacturing technicians, and candidates with hands‑on mechanical or electrical experience looking to grow their careers in a high‑tech industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble, test, and troubleshoot complex systems

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wilton, CT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job‑related factors.
