This onsite contract-to-hire role is based in Clinton, CT, with a pay range of $17.50 to $19.50 per hour and comprehensive benefits.

The position emphasizes reading English documentation, working with hand tools, and following standardized procedures

Qualifications

• Previous experience in machine operating is preferred but not required.
• Comfort using hand and basic power tools.
• Interest in production, clean room work, and machine operation.
• Attention to detail and ability to document results.
• Ability to read and understand instructions in English.
• Willing to follow structured procedures and training programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist machine operators in a clean room manufacturing environment while completing on-the-job training.
• Perform quality inspections every 30 minutes, accurately record findings, and report issues.
• Clean and maintain machines to support production.
• Follow clean room procedures and production processes to ensure quality.
• Use basic hand tools and follow mechanical instructions under supervision.
• Read work instructions, safety guidelines, and production docs in English.
• Collaborate with team to meet production goals and maintain safe area.
• Participate in the 46-month training program to become a machine operator.
