The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and 5+ years in manufacturing or related environments, with strong teamwork, safety focus, and attention to detail. On-site work is mandatory, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing, technical, laboratory or production environment.
• Ability to safely work with hazardous materials and wear PPE.

Aufgaben

• Support ALD coatings production in a controlled cleanroom.
• Inspect and document components for coating processes.
• Execute coatings operations per production targets and schedules.
• Adhere to SOPs and lab safety protocols.
• Ensure products meet quality specs at all stages of production.
• Assist with equipment PM and basic troubleshooting.
• Work off-shift hours or weekends as needed to support production.
