Job summary

ASML US in Wilton, CT seeks a detail‑oriented technician to manufacture and assemble complex lithography systems in a clean room. You will follow specifications, solve problems, and contribute to process improvements while adhering to ISO 9001/14000 standards.

The role requires 3+ years in mechanical manufacturing/assembly, 5+ years in technical assembly preferred, and Lean training. You will work third shift on a rotating schedule, with emphasis on quality, safety, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of mechanical manufacturing/assembly experience.
• 5+ years in a technical assembly environment preferred.
• Lean Manufacturing Training preferred.
• Strong analytical skills–capable of translating requirements into executable schedule.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and manage changing priorities.
• Analytical thinker, structured, able to work with the available information.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• SAP, Office and SPC programs a plus.

Responsibilities

• Quality: produce products in accordance with established specifications and help solve issues.
• Production: manufacture and deliver high level, complex systems from assembly through test.
• New products: contribute to pilot production and transition to volume production.
• Skills: learn new products and processes and pass on knowledge.
• Teamwork: support good teamwork and coordinate with other departments.
• Planning: coordinate the production plan and monitor tools, materials and equipment.
