• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors and other surfaces.
• Empty trash containers and replace liners.
• Monitor cleaning quality and ensure areas meet company standards.
• Help train new employees on cleaning procedures and workplace expectations.
• Monitor cleaning supplies and communicate inventory needs to management.
• Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or operational issues.
• Maintain a professional and respectful working environment.
• Communicate staffing concerns and service needs to management.
• Follow all company safety procedures and customer-specific requirements.
