Qualifications

• Previous commercial cleaning, janitorial, custodial, or housekeeping experience preferred.
• Leadership or team coordination experience is helpful
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work Monday through Friday from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate professionally with coworkers and management
• Willingness to assist with cleaning duties while supporting the team
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical cleaning tasks throughout the shift
• Ability to follow written instructions and established cleaning procedures
• Reliable transportation
• Authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily cleaning assignments and priorities.
• Provide direction and assistance to cleaning team members.
• Clean offices, restrooms, hallways, breakrooms, and designated common areas.
• Vacuum carpets and rugs.
• Sweep, mop, and maintain floors.
• Dust furniture, fixtures, and frequently touched surfaces.
• Empty trash and replace liners.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms.
• Restock paper products, soap, and other restroom supplies.
• Monitor cleaning quality and address issues.
• Report maintenance concerns and supply shortages.
• Assist with training new employees on procedures.
• Follow all safety standards and customer requirements.

• Following all company safety standards and customer-specific requirements
• Communicating staffing or service concerns to managementHelping ensure designated work areas are properly maintained throughout the shift
