You will supervise tasks, ensure standards are met, and train new staff while maintaining a consistent weekday schedule and a clean, welcoming workplace.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform daily commercial cleaning duties as assigned.
• Coordinate cleaning activities and daily work assignments.
• Provide guidance, direction, and hands-on support to cleaning team members.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors and other surfaces.
• Empty trash and replace liners.
• Monitor cleaning quality and ensure standards are met.
• Help train new employees on procedures and expectations.
• Monitor supplies and communicate inventory needs.
• Report maintenance concerns and safety hazards.
• Maintain a professional and respectful working environment.
• Communicate staffing concerns to management.
• Follow safety procedures and customer-specific requirements.
