Clean Team is seeking a Full-Time Site Lead to oversee cleaning operations in Twinsburg, Ohio. The role focuses on leading daily tasks, guiding the cleaning crew, and upholding a high standard of cleanliness across offices and common areas.

The ideal candidate will communicate professionally, supervise team members, and ensure quality while adhering to safety standards. Weekend work is not required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Previous commercial cleaning, janitorial, custodial or housekeeping experience preferred.
• Leadership or team coordination experience is helpful.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with coworkers and management.
• Willingness to assist with cleaning duties while supporting the team.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach and perform physical cleaning tasks.
• Ability to follow written instructions and established cleaning procedures.
• Reliable transportation and authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

As a Site Lead, you will help ensure daily cleaning responsibilities are completed correctly and efficiently while providing guidance and support to assigned team members.

What You'll Do

As a Site Lead, your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating daily cleaning assignments and priorities

• Providing direction and assistance to cleaning team members

• Cleaning offices, restrooms, hallways, breakrooms, and designated common areas

• Vacuuming carpets and rugs

• Sweeping, mopping, and maintaining hard-surface floors

• Dusting furniture, fixtures, and frequently touched surfaces

• Emptying trash containers and replacing liners

• Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms

• Restocking paper products, soap, and other restroom supplies

• Monitoring cleaning quality and addressing areas requiring additional attention

• Reporting maintenance concerns, equipment issues, and supply shortages

• Assisting with training new employees on cleaning procedures

• Following all company safety standards and customer-specific requirements

• Communicating staffing or service concerns to management

• Helping ensure designated work areas are properly maintained throughout the shift

What We're Looking For
