Base Schedule: 40 hours per week
Monday to Friday 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM

Job Description

The Custodial Supervisor position is responsible for routine cleaning and specialty work as well as the supervision of custodial services/staff in assigned area(s). The supervisor will be expected to work closely with other members of management to provide consistently high levels of customer satisfaction by performing regular cleaning quality inspections for all assigned areas.

Custodial Requirements

• Fluent in spanish and english
• Must have 2-3 years of supervisory experience
• Must have knowledge of custodial equipment, side-by-side and carpet shampoo
• Candidate must be physically fit and able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Must also be able to walk up and down stairs and routinely walk between campus buildings/areas.
• A valid driver’s license is also a requirement for employment.
