Job summary

Boston University Medical Campus is seeking a Custodial supervisor to oversee cleaning operations and staff at the campus facilities. You will ensure buildings meet safety, cleanliness, and operational standards while coordinating with Facilities Management & Planning for daily tasks and incident responses.

The role requires strong supervisory capabilities, a track record in facilities operations, and 3–5 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• B.A./B.S. or equivalent; excellent supervisory and management skills; three to five years of related experience.

The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training and internal pay comparison. The above hiring range represents the University\'s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.

Supervise custodial staff to ensure assigned tasks are completed in a satisfactory and timely basis.
