Simple Custodial Services LLC is seeking an Evening Janitorial Supervisor to lead our cleaning team and ensure quality standards across assigned facilities in Longview, TX.

You will supervise the crew, perform on-site coordination, handle supplies, and use a company vehicle for supply runs, with travel between job sites as needed. The role emphasizes reliability, leadership, and clear communication, with occasional weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Janitorial experience required.
• Leadership or supervisor experience required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Must be reliable and have transportation to our office.
• Good communicator and team player.
• Basic computer skills (checking emails, filling out forms, using apps, etc.)
• Can lift up to 25 lbs and be on your feet during shift.
• Spanish speaker is a plus; floor tech experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and restock cleaning supplies at assigned job sites using a company vehicle.
• Conduct routine inspections and walkthroughs to ensure buildings meet quality and safety standards.
• Lead, supervise, and support cleaning crews during evening shifts.
• Train, onboard, and coach new and existing employees on policies, procedures, and cleaning techniques.
• Serve as the primary on-site point of contact, maintaining communication between employees, clients, and management.
• Cover employee shifts as needed to ensure adequate staffing and uninterrupted service.
• Monitor inventory, perform laundry for mop heads, towels, and cleaning cloths, and assist with supply ordering.
• Report maintenance issues, equipment needs, and inventory shortages to management.
• Complete inspection reports, employee documentation, and other records accurately and on time.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support company operations.

You'll supervise the crew, ensure quality standards, pitch in with cleaning tasks, and manage supplies. You’ll also use a company vehicle for supply runs and travel between job sites.

Schedule: Monday to Friday (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM), with occasional weekend shifts if needed.
