Responsibilities

• Onboard and train all Dolly Parton Experience Hosts.
• Maintain host rosters and databases.
• Train Hosts in GST and ADA modules.
• Enforce safety standards as a Safety Trainer.
• Build a safe, team‑oriented environment across venues.
