Job summary

The Dollywood Company is seeking a House and Grounds Tech to support park cleanliness, sanitation, and guest comfort. You will help maintain an aesthetically pleasing environment, sanitize high touch surfaces, and assist with restocking supplies across multiple areas.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with strong communication and a safety-focused mindset, able to work varying hours and locations, and willing to uphold Dollywood’s Lead with Love values in daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have strong communication skills.
• Must successfully complete a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to safely operate company vehicles; valid driver’s license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a sanitary environment by sweeping and picking up trash in assigned areas.
• Clean and sanitize high touch surfaces throughout the park.
• Work flexible hours and at different locations as needed.
• Maintain a friendly attitude toward guests.
• Greet guests and provide prompt, courteous attention.
• Restock and track cleaning supplies in assigned areas.
