Job summary

The Dollywood Company in Pigeon Forge, TN is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to lead a team of Hosts in delivering safe, spotless guest rooms and public areas, while upholding the brand's hospitality standards.

Under the direction of the Executive Housekeeper, you will manage daily operations, assist with payroll and budgets, recruit and train staff, and ensure guest satisfaction through strong leadership and robust safety practices.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Thorough knowledge of hospitality housekeeping best practices.
• At least 3 years of directly related housekeeping experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory/management experience.
• Basic computer experience; Opera PMS experience preferred.
• Experience with safety procedures (SDS/MSDS, chemical disposal, etc.).
• Bilingual English/Spanish speaking and writing preferred.
• Employment offers contingent on background screening and motor vehicle record check.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping department and maintain cleanliness standards in guest rooms and public areas.
• Lead Hosts to maintain high levels of guest and employee satisfaction.
• Assist in payroll, budgeting and forecasting for the department.
• Recruit, onboard, train, schedule and appraise performance of Hosts.
• Monitor supplies and inventories; manage key control and lost-and-found processes.
• Provide coaching, feedback and development to staff; ensure safety policies are followed.
