Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and training of new Dolly Parton Experience Hosts.
• Audit hosts for training purposes with coaching and praise.
• Enforce safety standards and train others as Safety Trainer.
• Maintain and update Host rosters and databases.
• Provide training for hosts on GST, ADA, and host modules.
• Oversee daily cleaning and safety across indoor/outdoor venues.
