Job summary

Office Pride Commercial Cleaning Services seeks an Area Manager in Terre Haute, IN to ensure that cleaning specifications sold to customers are fulfilled and work stays on budget. You will supervise Account Managers and Fill-In Specialists, train staff, and coordinate with the Leadership Team.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervisory roles within commercial cleaning or facilities management.
• Ability to manage labor budgets and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cleaning operations and ensure they meet customer specifications and budget.
• Supervise Account Managers and Fill-In Specialists; delegate and coach as needed.
• Train and retrain staff; manage time logs and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with Leadership Team and report weekly on progress and issues.
• Schedule staff and manage overtime in alignment with budgets.
