ServiceMaster Residential Co is seeking a dedicated cleaning associate to maintain clean and healthy environments for our clients’ buildings. You will perform cleaning duties using provided products, tools and procedures, including sweeping, mopping, trash removal and window care, at various facilities.

This role opens and locks facilities, enables security systems, provides on-the-job training, and supports a positive team climate.

Qualifications

• Perform cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools and procedures.
• Cleaning duties include: sweeping, mopping, trash, windows and cleaning.
• Opens and locks facilities, enable and disable security system as required.
• Will provide on the job training.
• Experience working for a professional janitorial company, office complex, hotel, hospital or school is a plus.
• Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude and contribute to the overall team effort.
• Must be able to communicate in English.
