Hours: Full-time (35 hours per week)

Work days: Monday - Friday

Day-time Shifts:

• 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Job Site Locations: Brooklyn

Benefits: After 90 days (first of the month) of continuous work for 35 hours each week, you will qualify for health insurance, performance bonuses, and benefits.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Landscaping/Groundskeeper - Mowing the grass, weed wacking, hedge trimming, tree cutting, and more as required
• Performing litter pickup in outdoor common areas and sidewalks
• Removing and replacing trash bags in trash cans
• Sweeping and mopping interior floors
• Cleaning and maintaining the interior and exterior of city-owned properties
• Following company policies and quality standards
• Mandatory snow removal and possible overtime

Minimum Qualifications:

• MUST HAVE RECENT EXPERIENCE WITH - Landscaping/Groundskeeper - Mowing the grass, weed wacking, hedge trimming, tree cutting
• Must have a working phone that is able to download three mobile apps used to complete the job
• Must be in good physical condition and health, without mental or physical disabilities or impairments which would reasonably be expected to interfere with the performance of the services or prevent you from being able to walk your assigned route
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions (rain, snow, sleet, heat, cold)
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be age 18 or over
• Must have at least 2 years of driving experience in New York City, have a great driving record, and be able to pass a driving test
• Must have some cleaning/debris cleanup experience
