The ideal Craftsman candidate will possess a good overall knowledge of all trades:

Additional Qualifications for this Craftsman Role:

• Proper Equipment: Basic set of hand tools required. Specialty tools and equipment will be provided as needed for the specific project.
• Troubleshooting Skills: Must be a problem solver, able to examine issues and resolve them in a prompt and professional manner.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Must be able to communicate effectively with Management, Office Personnel, Fellow Employees, Homeowners, Suppliers, Property Managers, and Commercial Customers.
• Be Presentable: Personable, Clean-Cut appearance, Well maintained vehicle, Organized tools.

Look around the property and communicate to the customer things you could repair or things that our company can handle.
