The Kitty Custodian, a fast-growing cleaning company, is seeking a Cleaning Captain to join our team. The ideal candidate will be friendly, empathetic, independent, and a team player, with a passion for building professional, yet meaningful relationships. This position requires strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality. Our culture takes our work seriously, but we like to have fun along the way. The Cleaning Captain must also be good with pets as most of our clients have furry friends. This position has room for growth, with pay up to $27.50 per hour plus tips and a gas stipend. Responsibilities:

• EXTREME ATTENTION TO DETAIL NEEDED
• Perform routine cleaning tasks, such as dusting, mopping, and vacuuming, etc.
• Deep clean kitchens, bathrooms, and other areas as needed
• Manage time efficiently to ensure that cleaning tasks are completed within the allotted time frame
• Maintain open communication with clients and the management team
• Report any issues or concerns to the management team promptly
• Attend training sessions to improve your cleaning skills
• Uphold The Kitty Custodian's standards for professionalism, friendliness and cleanliness
• Have FUN together with the team

Requirements:

• Prior experience in cleaning and/or team leadership preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 25 pounds
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Good with pets
• Willing to work at least 20 hours per week with weekday availability
