JOB DESCRIPTION Store 2741568 : 3272 Parkwood Blvd, Frisco, Texas 75034

ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Food Category expert in store
2. Ensure all food operational procedures in store are followed to maximize sales and reduce waste.
3. Train, teach, and coach store associates on food execution, production, replenishment, ordering, organization, sanitization, and customer service.
4. Be the go-to person in store for employees with questions related to food products and services.
5. Plan and execute food sampling for employees and customers.
6. Conduct and lead in-store training for store employees and operation teams on all new Foodservice programs, modeling an established train-the-trainer program.
7. Follow up with and conduct refresher training activities for store employees as needed.
8. Ensure foodservice areas are stocked and food rotated using FIFO method.
9. Display food items according to the current Planogram provided by your Business Unit.
10. Order or assist in ordering food products to reduce Out Of Stocks and improve shrink.
11. Monitor shrink while working to improve sales and maximize foodservice profit.
12. Identify, suggest, train, and collaborate with BUQAS training personnel to ensure delivery of Foodservice training programs.
13. Implement food safety practices and procedures.
14. Conduct needs analysis and recommend actions based on BUQAS visits.
15. Operate within budgeted expectations.

EDUCATION

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Relevant education, instructional experience, or equivalent retail training experience.

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 2 years experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods retail and/or Foodservice industry.
• Experience in training, leadership, and team building.
• Skills in collaboration, cooperation, communication, and organization.
• Food Manager Certification; approved certifications include ServSafe and NRFSP.
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written; French skills preferred in Quebec Provinces.
• Consistently meet deadlines.
• Effective written and oral communication with customers, management, associates, and vendors.
