About the location:

About the role

1. Your department head is the Restaurant / Bar / IRD Manager.
2. Your immediate supervisor is the Assistant Restaurant / Bar / IRD Manager.
3. The Restaurant / Bar / IRD Managers will organize your duties, days off, and vacation.

What you will do

1. Ensure all mise-en-place and setups are prepared as instructed, reflecting the highest standards of the hotel.
2. Serve or assist in serving food and beverage items to guests according to departmental service flow and standards.
3. Provide a complete and satisfying experience to all guests in line with service standards.
4. Manage the food and beverage supply from the kitchen and bar to guests.
5. Perform weekly scheduled tasks as assigned.
6. Attend training sessions punctually.
7. Keep assigned service areas clean and tidy.
8. Ensure correct billing and cashiering procedures.
9. Track and fulfill purchase orders to ensure sufficient daily supplies.
10. Maintain good relationships with regular clients.
11. Handle and resolve guest complaints effectively.
12. Study and comply with all Four Seasons Work Rules and Standards as outlined in the staff handbook.
