Project Manager Job Summary

Efficiently deliver all necessary services to swiftly restore the customer's property to its pre-loss condition, minimizing repairs and downtime after property damage. Our aim is to expedite the process and ensure a profitable outcome for all parties involved.

Project Manager Responsibilities

• Respond to and complete estimates on losses within established targets.
• Maintain strategic relationships with vendors and subcontractors.
• Meet or exceed profitability targets on managed projects.
• Plan and execute projects to completion.
• Obtain written contracts and payment terms for projects.
• Maintain accurate production paperwork from the job site to administration.
• Coordinate resource planning with the scheduler.
• Track equipment used on jobs.
• Implement state-of-the-art technology to maintain market leadership.
• Coordinate estimates from subcontractors and write job estimates.
• Order materials and coordinate delivery.
• Maintain effective communication with customers and involved parties.
• Perform property inspections and complete reports.
• Maintain project files and assist in company meetings.
• Perform production work and minor repairs on equipment and vehicles.

Project Manager Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus 3-5 years managing construction or restoration projects.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business or construction management preferred.
• Understanding of financial reports and budgeting.
• Proficient technical skills and relevant certifications.
• Strong math skills for project planning and cost assessment.
• Effective negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel; experience with Xactimate is a plus.
• Ability to receive feedback and communicate effectively.
