About the Company

Clean Harbors in Tualatin, OR, is seeking a Field Service Project Manager to join our team. The FSPM manages large-scale projects at various customer locations, working directly with team members, supervisors, and the Branch Manager. Responsibilities include emergency response (spill cleanup), hazardous waste cleanup, site remediation (tank and pit cleaning), equipment decontamination, and hazardous materials handling.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize health and safety by following policies and acting safely at all times.
• Manage small to midsize, complex projects involving waste site cleanup, decontamination, and demolition.
• Prepare proposals, including cost estimates, work scopes, and schedules.
• Develop relationships with key customers and understand their issues.
• Provide timely and relevant information to team members and supervisors.
• Support proposal development, project estimates, and subcontractor selection.
• Enforce health and safety policies, working closely with safety directors.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of environmental field service experience.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Emergency response supervisor training and Marine Spill Response training preferred.
• Strong understanding of equipment operations.
• Knowledge of federal and state environmental regulations.
