Job summary

The Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Omaha — Microbusiness seeks an independent contractor to lead the Cleaning Academy as a CPT-certified trainer. The role starts with certification sponsorship and workshop time, followed by instructional duties teaching cohorts at CCO facilities in Omaha.

You will prepare and deliver curriculum, track class progress, and collaborate with the Microbusiness team to ensure successful outcomes for program participants.

Qualifications

• Willingness to complete ISSA CMI Train the Trainer CPT Workshop and pass the exam.
• Background in commercial cleaning, custodial, or facility services preferred.
• Comfort teaching adults; bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Reliable, professional communication and ability to commit to a published class schedule.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Cleaning Academy curriculum for assigned client cohorts.
• Communicate progress with Microbusiness team and leadership.
• Refine curriculum, materials and assessments as needed.
• Collaborate on grant-related reporting for the program.
• Plan schedules and hours for each cohort.
