Job summary

Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Omaha (CCO) seeks an independent contractor to lead the Cleaning Academy and become a certified ISSA CMI CPT Professional Trainer.

This two-phase role starts with CPT sponsorship and paid workshop time, then moves into instructional hours at $35/hour for approved cohorts, invoiced monthly with timely payment. Classes occur at CCO facilities in Omaha.

Qualifications

• Willingness to complete ISSA CMI CPT Workshop (virtual) and pass CPT exam within 60 days.
• Background in commercial cleaning, custodial, or facility services preferred.
• Comfort teaching adults; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Reliable, professional communication; ability to commit to a published class schedule.
• Available to teach at CCO facilities in Omaha.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Cleaning Academy curriculum for assigned client cohorts.
• Communicate regularly with Microbusiness team and leadership on progress.
• Help refine curriculum, materials, and assessments as needed.
• Collaborate on grant-related reporting tied to the program.
• Work with CCO to plan schedule and hours for each cohort.
