Peabody Properties is seeking an experienced Cleaner/Maintenance to join its team at an apartment community in New Bedford, MA. You will keep common areas pristine, perform janitorial and grounds care, and handle work orders including snow/ice removal.

Ideal candidates communicate well, are self-motivated, and provide reliable transportation. A HS diploma or GED and 3 years of cleaning experience are required, with strong customer service as a must.
