Aerotek in Burnsville, MN is hiring Clean Room Technicians and Clean Room Leads to support the assembly of life-changing medical devices in a controlled clean room environment. We have multiple openings for technicians and leads with opportunities for growth and advancement.

These roles offer a 3-day weekend schedule on some shifts, onsite work, and a contract-to-hire path. Strong attention to detail, steady hand skills, and experience in medical device or electronics assembly are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Clean room, medical device or electronics assembly experience preferred.
• Experience working under a microscope is highly preferred.
• Strong hand dexterity and attention to detail are essential.
• Leadership or mentoring experience is welcomed for Lead openings.

Responsibilities

• Assemble highly precise medical devices in a controlled clean room environment.
• Work under microscopes to assemble and inspect small components.
• Perform detailed hand assembly using tweezers, hand tools, and specialized equipment.
• Solder miniature components, circuit boards, and capacitors.
• Assemble catheter and stent sub-components following strict quality standards.
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to support manufacturing goals.

What You'll Be Doing:

Schedule:

Training Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Regular Production Schedule:

Monday - Thursday

5:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Enjoy a 4-day work week with Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays off.

What We're Looking For:

• Clean room, medical device, electronics assembly, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Experience working under a microscope highly preferred
• Strong hand dexterity and attention to detail
• Soldering experience is a plus
• Ability to work with very small components and intricate assemblies
• Quality-focused mindset and strong communication skills
• Previous leadership or mentoring experience preferred for Lead openings

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Burnsville, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
