You will work on a manufacturing line with a team, perform mechanical and medical device assembly, operate semi-automated equipment, conduct inspections and testing, and ensure all work meets Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements and documented procedures.

  • Monitor semi-automated manufacturing processes to ensure proper operation, product quality, and adherence to production targets.
  • Operate production machinery and equipment safely and consistently, including automated machines used for sub-assembly, welding, inspection, and testing.
  • Rotate through four different production lines: inspections, running automated machines, sub-assembly and welding, and testing of components.
  • Review batch records and production documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
  • Use computers to complete training modules, access SOPs, and maintain production and quality documentation.
  • Follow cleanroom practices and contamination-control requirements at all times to protect sterile fluid-path components.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with cleanroom and safety protocols.
  • Adhere to GMP and medical device manufacturing standards throughout all assembly, packaging, inspection, and testing activities.
  • Demonstrate consistent attention to detail to identify defects, ensure product quality, and meet stringent inspection criteria.
  • Show reliable attendance and punctuality to support continuous production in a high-volume environment.

  • Support packaging and related production activities when assigned, including work at nearby facilities as required.
  • Follow all cleanroom dress code and personal hygiene requirements, including appropriate PPE, handwashing, and restrictions on personal items.

  • Trainable mindset with the ability to quickly learn new processes, equipment, and cleanroom procedures.
  • Willingness to follow GMP and medical device manufacturing standards and quality requirements.
  • Flexibility to work overtime and adjust to changing workloads and departmental assignments.
  • Capability to work in a cleanroom environment and comply with strict contamination-control requirements.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience in disposable product manufacturing or medical device production is a strong plus.
  • Background in cleanroom production, sterile manufacturing, or fluid-path components is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with inspection processes, testing procedures, and documentation review in a regulated environment.
  • Experience with packaging operations in a manufacturing or medical device setting is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated good work ethic, including reliability, accountability, and a willingness to do what it takes to get the job done.
  • Strong team player attitude with the ability to support colleagues and adapt to different roles.
