What You’ll Do

• Prepare metal parts for painting and coating
• Use hand and power tools to clean surfaces
• Inspect work for quality and accuracy
• Follow safety and quality standards to ensure top‑tier production
• Work as part of a fast‑paced, high‑performing team

Position Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred (but not required)
• Willingness to be trained in the following areas: quality & safety, blueprint reading, hand‑held gauges, rust prevention, weld characteristics, and final inspection
• Ability to read and follow directions and operate machinery
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and standing for long periods
• Ability to complete job‑specific standard work instructions and job safety analysis
• Pulmonary function test required for roles using an air‑supplied hood
