Qualifications

• 3+ years of AI/ML design and delivery experience.
• 2+ years Python development of AI/ML apps.
• 1 year designing/implementing production agentic workflows with orchestration, tool integration, state management, evaluation, guardrails, and human‑in‑the‑loop controls.
• 6+ months with Claude Agent SDK: agent orchestration, tool integration, permissions, MCP integrations.
• 6+ months deploying Anthropic Claude models via API or cloud.
• 6+ months applying prompt engineering and context engineering techniques.
• 1+ years leading project workstreams or engagements.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Engage with client stakeholders as the primary technical contact for your workstream.
• Design and build Generative AI and agentic solutions using Claude, including orchestration, tool integration, and MCP-based integrations.
• Deliver components of client engagements from design through prototyping, testing, and production rollout.
• Lead small teams through requirements gathering, functional design, and support-model definition.
• Monitor progress against plan and drive corrective action to protect delivery.
• Identify risks and mitigations early and implement approved mitigations.
• Maintain clear communication with client stakeholders and internal leadership.
