Job summary

Coinme seeks a Claude Code Platform Lead to redefine AI-assisted development within the organization. You will own the strategy and systems that transform Claude Code into an engineering superpower, enhancing the productivity of 35+ engineers. Responsibilities include building training programs and managing CI/CD integrations. Candidates should have strong software engineering experience and expertise in AI coding tools. Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a software engineer with hands-on production coding.
• Demonstrated ability to teach technical concepts to engineers.
• Experience implementing and integrating with AI coding assistants.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, systems, and training for AI-assisted development.
• Design, build, and maintain a centralized repository of documentation.
• Implement and manage GitLab CI/CD integration for Claude Code.

Skills

4+ years of experience as a software engineer

Deep proficiency with Claude Code and AI coding assistants

Experience with CI/CD pipeline design

Strong understanding of Git workflows

Excellent written communication
