Job summary

Coinme, located in Miami, is seeking a Claude Code Platform Lead to help implement and enhance AI-assisted development tools for their engineering team. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of software engineering experience and deep proficiency with Claude Code and comparable AI assistants. You will drive the integration of AI tooling across the organization and help build the necessary skills and workflows to boost engineering productivity.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of production coding experience.
• Deep proficiency with Claude Code and AI coding assistants.
• Experience with CI/CD automation and GitLab CI.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain a repository of CLAUDE.md project context files.
• Create custom Claude Code commands and workflows for Coinme's stack.
• Implement GitLab CI/CD integration for Claude Code.
