Job summary

REALIGN LLC in Cincinnati, OH seeks a DevOps Engineer with Claude expertise to design and operate AI-enabled platforms. You will implement CI/CD pipelines, automation, and intelligent workflows to improve delivery velocity and reliability.

The role emphasizes integrating AI governance, security, and risk management while advancing automation across development, testing, deployment, and incident response. 8+ years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native solutions.
• Hands-on with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code CLI, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Cline, Aider.
• Experience building agentic workflows, AI orchestration frameworks, engineering automation platforms.
• Strong SDLC understanding, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Experience integrating platforms with GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps, Jira, ServiceNow, Datadog, or Splunk.
• Experience in banking/financial services or other highly regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain software engineering, DevOps, and automation platforms.
• Build and support agentic engineering harnesses that automate lifecycle activities.
• Develop AI-enabled workflows to boost productivity and quality.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
• Automate incident management, vulnerability remediation, and production support.
• Create solutions for issue triage, root cause analysis, and problem resolution.
• Integrate platforms with source control, ticketing, monitoring, and observability tools.
• Monitor and optimize application and platform performance.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and risk management requirements.
• Implement human-in-the-loop controls for AI-assisted processes.
• Promote modern engineering practices and AI-enabled development capabilities.
