Job summary

Rootshell Enterprise Technologies Inc. is seeking an AI Platform / Claude Code Engineer to design and deliver cutting-edge automation and RAG systems in a remote setting.

You will build Claude Code solutions, manage GitHub repos, implement CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with business and technical teams to translate complex requirements into measurable business value while upholding strong security practices.

Qualifications

• Experience with Claude Code platform and building agentic AI systems.
• Strong Python automation and data pipeline development skills.
• Experience designing secure, auditable CI/CD workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop Claude Code solutions including skills, sub-agents, and token management.
• Design and manage GitHub repositories, branching strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and release processes with security and provenance in mind.
• Develop reliable Python automation and data pipelines with testing and maintainability.
• Build agentic AI and RAG systems with grounding, source citations, cost tracking, and controlled responses.
• Protect confidential customer, pricing, partner, and account data with strong access-control and security practices.
• Manage Jira and Confluence backlogs, technical documentation, runbooks, and team knowledge.
• Translate technical solutions into measurable business value such as faster deal pricing and reduced deployment risk.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and communicate complex concepts clearly.

• Build and develop advanced solutions using Claude Code, including skills, sub-agents, CLAUDE.md, hooks, permissions, MCP, and token management.
• Design and manage GitHub repositories, branching strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and release processes while maintaining security and data provenance.
• Develop reliable Python automation and data pipelines, emphasizing standard-library solutions, testing, and maintainability.
• Build and deliver agentic AI and RAG systems with proper grounding, source citations, cost tracking, and controlled responses.
• Handle confidential customer, pricing, partner, and account information with strong access-control and security practices.
• Manage Jira and Confluence backlogs, technical documentation, design documents, runbooks, and team knowledge.
