Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Provide advanced end-user technology support for faculty, staff, students, classrooms, and university events.
Respond to VIP and executive support requests with professionalism and discretion.
Prepare and support technology for critical university events.
Create, update, and monitor support tickets in the incident management system.
Collaborate with HelpDesk, Classroom and Production Technology, and Infrastructure Operations to resolve issues.
