Job summary

Qualifications

• Qualify for Paraprofessional Certificate by Associate Degree or higher or 90 quarter hours or 60 semester hours or pass GACE.
• If taking GACE, provide high school diploma copy for PSC submission to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to classroom teachers in implementing instructional programs.
• Assist teacher with activities and materials as directed.
• Meet and instruct assigned groups/individuals as scheduled by the teacher.
• Prepare instructional materials and organize classroom activities.
• Provide feedback on student progress and behavior to the teacher.
• Maintain accurate records as required and assist with classroom management.
