Qualifications

• Knowledge of audio/video CODEC’s, cameras, and sound systems.
• Experience with IP-based videoconferencing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Classroom and Video Services team.
• Provide training and support to faculty and staff.
• Analyze equipment problems and determine repairs.

Skills

Basic knowledge of Extron control systems

Ability to provide technical support on special projects

Adept at using required tools

Knowledge of installation techniques

Education

Associate of Arts degree in electronics or equivalent

One year of skilled experience
