Responsibilities

• Manage seat registration through attendance and ensure accuracy of records.
• Act as single point of contact for participants and trainers from registration to attendance.
• Keep Salesforce data in sync: seat counts, rosters, and revenue reporting.
• Identify and fix recurring issues and escalate policy exceptions when needed.
• Automate non-value-add tasks in collaboration with leadership.
