Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking a Class Experience Lead to oversee member experiences across studio, cycle, yoga, and small group classes. You will mentor instructors, collaborate with the Concierge Manager to place members in the right classes, and ensure spaces look and smell inviting to create an exceptional environment.

The role emphasizes leading teams, maintaining spaces, and engaging members to foster a welcoming, high-quality class experience for all guests.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of leadership or management experience required.
• National Group Fitness and/or LifePower Yoga Certification; Fitness and Nutrition Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mentors, develops, and coaches team members to achieve the best experiences.
• Manage best spaces; ensure cleanliness, organization and appealing aroma.
• Member connection; weekly check-ins with concierge manager, front desk duties, and supervision on the café and workout floor.
• Update Class content on the club Facebook group.
